“Chester” is short for “Winchester.”
He earned this name after being shot and abandoned near Tim’s house.
Chester’s had surgery and good veterinary attention and is now all healed and ready to go.
Tim says he has a wonderful disposition.
I’d adopt him myself if it was possible.
I’ve always like tri-color dogs, having had two tri-color Basenjis among my 9 of this breed.
All of my dogs were rescues except the first.
I think Chester is beautiful with those lovely brown accents over those warm brown eyes.
Get a look at that satiny, glossy, ebony coat.
Absolutely irresistible!
Also he is a really nice size for a companion dog.
